i had a great stay at country inn! the pool was very clean and well-maintained, which made my experience enjoyable. breakfast offered a lot of great choices, and the staff was always cleaning and available for any questions. the woman at check-in was super friendly and made sure i was comfortable while placing me on a quiet floor. it truly felt like they cared about my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover such a clean and comfortable room with a fantastic breakfast offering more choices than I could use, and I loved being just a few steps away from Teddy's Diner for a delicious meal after a long day of exploring nearby Spring Valley and the Chicago Athenaeum International Sculpture Park.

I had a delightful two-night stay with my kids, enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the pristine indoor pool. The breakfast spread was pretty fantastic, offering plenty of tasty options each morning, and the hot tub was a great place to unwind after swimming. While the water pressure in the shower could have been better, overall, it was a fun experience, and I’d recommend it for family getaways! 😊

I had a great stay at Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Elk Grove Village-Itasca! The room was spacious with two queen beds, and I loved the cozy decor. Breakfast offered many delicious choices, and the staff was always friendly and ready to help.

The whirlpool suite was amazing! The jets worked perfectly and the bed was super comfy too.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the local racetrack for live racing and also hit up LEGOLAND, which was perfect for the kids in our group. The hotel offered a solid breakfast selection, though I wish the hot items were prepared fresher. Parking was tricky at times. just be prepared for some challenges on busy weekends.

We faced some unrest due to noise from parties nearby. It was pretty loud at night, so light sleepers might want to consider this.

Single travelers beware

The staff was helpful when I had a lost item, called me multiple times to assist. Also, the breakfast had a decent variety—had some tasty sausage and sandwiches.

Unfortunately, parking was a real headache. Finding a spot was a toss-up, and I ended up behind a restaurant, wondering if I was gonna have my ride towed. The noise levels from the rooms above me were relentless. kids jumping around all night made sleep a challenge. I tried to call about the noise, but no change happened. It felt like a free-for-all with people cramming into rooms and not respecting the common areas. The atmosphere took away from what could have been a solid stay.

The Country Inn offered a clean and pleasant atmosphere, backed by a friendly and accommodating staff. Check-in was quick and efficient, allowing me to settle in without hassle. The breakfast options were satisfying, and I found the internet access reliable for my work needs.
